Overview
We collect information that may be considered personal in order to assist us in our business functions and we will not pass on this information to anyone unless we are legally required to, reasonably expected to or we receive permission to.
Information we collect:
- Information you provide – When you carry out a purchase, make an enquiry with us
or even just hand us a business card some personal information is collected and
stored which may be used at a later date for marketing or follow up services
unless you choose to opt out.
- Publicly available information – In order to contact the correct people about our products, we may collect publicly available information such as that available on websites or directories such as the White Pages and the Yellow Pages.
- Secure internet usage information – MineFED customers and partners may be provided with secure login information. Any use of secure services may be fully logged including the login ID used.
- Product activation information – Products supplied by MineFED may have to be activated over the internet and this activation will be recorded in order to assist us in maintaining licensing.
- Log information – When you access our websites, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. In some cases, our websites send non-identifying information for statistical analysis to third parties, such as Google.

Our primary purpose in collecting information is to carry out our core business function. We collate many of our information sources into a single database in order to assist us to provide the best service possible.
